Have gone here several times.
Depending on time, the wait can be severe. This location seems typically understaffed for the early morning rush hours.
I've never had an issue with my order, but it's usually very basic drink + maybe a donut. This location actually makes latte's better than others, imo.
Attitude of employee's can be hit or miss. Some will remind you that there's people out there living extremely miserable existences.
On the other hand, other times the service/attitude is beyond over the top great!

When using the app they still don't have your order ready at the window and 75% of the time they forget something.

What you'd expect at a Dunkin' donuts, coming from New York and being used to the service we get in New York. It's nice to go to Florida and get that same service and all the food is exactly the same

We went in to pick out a yummy donut, unfortunately they only had one type available. We got a chai latte, which was very good but the cup wasn’t even 3/4 full🥲. We also got a cinnamon raisin bagel with a generous amount of cream cheese. The bathrooms were locked so you couldn’t use them.

I like the energy here, especially in the morning. The staff works well and everything flows as smoothly as possible. The costumer service is on point, we just need to cheer up a bit, Ladies. Don’t be so serious. Have a great day !

Every morning on my way to work I stop at this location for my morning pick me up!!! I am always greeted at drive through with the most positive welcoming greeting from a special young lady.. I have never got her name but there is no one else as bubbly and sweet as she is... she makes my day every morning with her positivity... she is a great asset to this location and to our world...she will do amazing things in life!!! She definitely gets my morning to a great start and thanks for that😊

Some days are better than others but overall everyone is extremely nice here. The only person I try to avoid is the manager with the black hair. At the drive through and going in to the counter you can hear her loudly complaining. One morning it was about a customer ahead of me and the next time it was about the machinery. She never seems to be happy.
