Shared that I had never been to zaxby's before today. Was referred by friend. Asked for side of fried mushrooms. Store associate just stared at me with a blank look.. (Guess I thought she'd be friendly, or helpful.) Offered me more fries.
Wasn't sure what to expect. Chicken Fingers much smaller than expected for the price. Tasty. Crinkle cut fries could be crisper. Spoon for coleslaw would have been better than the fork.. It spilled off and onto my clothes and the floor real quick.
I did enjoy the chicken and the coleslaw. Good flavor.

Much nicer location than ANY of the nasty locations in North Carolina. Glad to see they are good somewhere else.

Good salad, or Zalad... Okay prices but def looks premade.
Other food was consumed by another person.
Cookie (out of 3) was okay, great for $ ...
Except...
They had originally forgotten about giving them along with my drink.
They made up for it by giving me slightly larger-sized drink which I didn't want or ask for but it's good service to do!

Food is always good. But they NEVER include the sauces. Which I feel like is half the point of going to zaxby's is for all of the different types of sauces. Always check the bags before you leave, if you're ordering online, put in a note to ask the driver to check for you before they leave.

Come here with coworkers so now I like this place. No hassle to order to go or to eat there. The restaurant is kept clean and the service has been great. I have enjoyed "The Blue" salad and their chicken sandwiches are really also really good. I love chicken and this place does it right. 😋🍗

Went for the first time ever tonight! Was clean and loved the decorations. The employees were attentive and kind. I tried the signature chicken sandwich, fries, cheese curds, and fried pickles. All of them were AMAZING! 4 stars just because my chicken sandwich was pretty cold but that’s okay with me it was still great. Will be coming back!!!!

They forgot to include the Texas toast in one meal but apologized and fixed quickly when I went to the counter and asked. Flavor and food quality is consistent with other Zaxby locations. Inside is clean and well decorated. Had friends try this chain for the first time and they were impressed. No leftovers!
