it was good, i loved my shake the burger i got! we just ordered of the kiosks and it had a minimal cost for 3 people

I feel like the atmosphere has dropped off a lot since they got rid of all their employees for kiosks. But I hate myself for loving that they have kiosks and I don't have to deal with anybody. The food quality is still awesome and still the best milkshakes on the planet.

I just showed up 5 mins to close after working a double all day, I was so hungry and exhausted from a long day and these kind folks didn't have to serve me, but they were happy to and that made my night. Whoever was working on this Saturday night, I just want to say thanks again.

If you've never tried their chili spaghetti, you should give it a shot. Very tasty. Of course the burgers are always top notch.

No service anymore. Just kiosk and wait. The food was very good. Banana shake. Cheeses fries. Burgers. Fast.

If you want a location with a wholesome experience. Come this location. If you need things done right. Come to this location. For a year now. I havnt evert been disappointed.

They do a great job. I don't live close but only eat at this location.
The steak sandwiches are consistently delicious. The food is always fresh. You can taste the care that's put into the food.

Didn't have to wait too long this time in the drive thru line. The Frisco Burger was good but they should hold back on some of the butter, was a bit greasy. The banana milkshake was good...

That poor woman helping out on the floor had her hands full! It is now self serve kiosks, which she will help with if needed. All other staff are cooking. It took 3x as long to punch in our order as it would have to tell an employee.
My chicken tenders took a few minutes to cook, but everything was ready within 6 minutes. Then I had to go back for the 2 water bottles they forgot. Then I had to go back for the fries they forgot.
But once settled in, the food was decent. The chicken wasn't all breading and had good white meat strips. (Not mushed chicken parts plastered together like some Nuggets are). The Patti melt was also up to par. Fries were skinny and delicious, as was the order of onion rings.
The sign on the door said that sodas were not available today. So only water, lemonade and Hi-C were available. They did not offer any compensation (like Culver's does by giving bottles of water).
Still, it is good to know Steak&Shake is back to being as good as they used to be before they sucked for a few years.
