Dunkin'

If I could give zero stars I would. Past 2 times I’ve gone to the drive you have issues. 1st time I was told “oven” was broke so they weren’t cooking. Today was told “AC is broke so we have our ovens off”. I can’t imagine this is really the case so I went inside to order and it’s crisp and cool.won’t take another chance and go back again. You have ONE employee working. Was told everyone went back to school. You didn’t know they would and prepare for it? At least be honest and just say we are short staffed. Don’t instruct your employees to lie. Tried again today 12/09/21. Once again was told oven broke. “Again”. Now I’m stuck in the drive tru line. Will corporate please close this location down! Update 1/3/22 Ordered inside at kiosk only to be told after order that the oven is “still broke” and can’t order anything hot. Was also told Late machine keeps breaking. When i finally got my Latte it was basically black coffee with whip cream. You got 3 kids in here running the place from social media on their phones. Shut it down all ready.

I think 2 stars is friendly. Ordered some egg bites online because there was a deal in the mobile app. They told me like everyone else, that they weren't serving food due to 8 excuses. Then I said I can subsitute it for donuts, some of the donuts I originally ordered were incorrect. Also the refresher drink I got from them was nasty and literally tasted like cough syrup but dragonfruit flavored. I think I'll drive to the Lake Wylie location, they're A LOT better with service and products also.

Waited about 20 minutes in line on a Saturday only to be told their oven is "broke" and they aren't preparing anything. Stuck in line after that, should honestly post something outside to prevent people from waiting to ultimately tell them they can't be served. Sad thing is this is the 4th time I've had it and it'll be the last time. Driving 2 miles down for the other Dunkin and always get service there. Avoid this one at all costs if you can.
