Applebee's

Food was undeniably great but the other aspects of the store is not recommendable. The guy who ushered us to our seats was not pleasing & friendly. Table was sticky (saw another review on this & it's true). The place was warm. My kid's food was like the plate was straight from the microwave. They didn't have any dessert available (should place notice by the door).

Usually very pleased with the quality of everything. Nobody to wash dishes, so they serve plastic ware to eat with. Not so good cutting a steak. Blonde brownie that had always been a favorite is now served cold ?? And they are out of the Vanilla maple sauce for the dessert that I wanted extra that I paid extra for and had to get a refund.. WOW. Next door (TR) is packed, can't even get in the door and Applebees has a dozen people and now it's a 45-minute wait for people coming in as we are leaving.

Manager and staff are doing a great job in these hard times, and I am eager to go again to see more friendly folks! People need to stop complaining about a wait time. Until there's better wages for labor this is the world we get. They can't seat tables if there's not enough cooks to handle the food. If they sat you at a table then you would complain about the food wait time. Either way you have to wait because there's not enough people. If you want food faster then go cook your own food at home- these people are doing you a service. Try appreciating it.

This gets two stars only for the fact that the waitress and shift manager the day I was there were very polite and apologetic. It was a strange interaction all together. It was easy to tell that the waitress is aware that this restaurant is not up to par. The lack of penne pasta and the substitution of Alfredo was acceptable. But, the wrong order was a deal breaker. And one dish was cold and the other was way too hot. I have to assume the kitchen microwaved the same dish twice as opposed to heating them both up. After 50 minutes i left a rip and we left without eating because we had to be somewhere else. I'd suggest just driving past and finding somewhere else to eat.
