Buffalo Wild Wings

Long wait. Cold food. Improperly prepared. Anything fried that was not wings looked and tasted as if it was cooked hours ago. Wings were room temperature so not terrible. Forgotten items or only half of what we ordered. Literally EVERYTHING was messed up in some way. It's sad because I edited my review. Used to be a 4/5 and was a solid place to eat ESPECIALLY in person. There was no way to report any problems either whether it was from BDubs or DoorDash, as I said both had problems. Hopefully the trend of issues, in store and delivered, is temporary but I can't recommend them until further notice

The service is probably gonna be great but pouring the beer sucks as usual it’s getting worse across the country I travel quite a bit. This is not acceptable this company started the lie of not filling a glass of beer based on trying to save on product I have no patience anymore and I’m only 10 minutes into my visit yes oh thank you very much appreciate it thank you Apparently I cannot make another comment and give the Aaliyah I probably pronounce her name wrong she did an excellent job. I wanted to give her five stars but unfortunately BW threes corporate Waze good job young lady I said she is a positive person. Too bad they make her serve their bad philosophy not to mention the dried out wings I ate And received I think they were returned from someone else again the service was really great

It was a long wait but we knew that up front due to our awesome server’s (Amber) communication skills. She was great with my kids as they confusingly ordered. I also managed to mess up my order, and she was able to correct that and recommended a platter that was the same as what we ordered but on a special price. We were so happy with the service we asked to complement the manager, but apparently there isn’t one today? That just makes it that much more impressive. Thank you Amber and all staff! You are appreciated!

The wait staff was so over ran they couldn't keep up so for that I give a second star because they really were doing what they could in their circumstances . However the food was incredibly disgusting. My wings tasted like they were soaked in straight up soy sauce, didn't receive part of my order the waitress kindly removed it from my bill which was nice of her. The queso was so runny it looked like snot and was brown in color I really should have took pictures but it's gone way way done hill .

Waited over 1hr after my pickup time for mediocre service and wings. 😞 Had a $60 order, waited another 20min for a manager to talk to me, got a $10 gift card to come back....yeah. No. Not coming back to somewhere that thinks that's acceptable. It was an online order...they could've contacted me at any point to say they were behind and not waste my whole evening. It sucks. I'm in customer service and I understand everywhere is struggling. It doesn't mean you don't try to do right by people.

Terrible service. Food was unremarkable. When we were there, with maybe 5-6 other tables, we ordered wings and waited over 5 minutes after receiving them to get utensils. Where was our waitress (Anniyah)? Over at the bar gossiping. Finally after getting our silverware we ordered a second round of cocktails. We didn't receive them for another half an hour, well after we were done eating. Where was our waitress? Funny enough, at the bar chatting it up. My wife watched her finally ask the bartender for our drinks which were prepared within 2 minutes. Shortly after receiving our drinks she came back holding a toddler to ask us how we were doing. Also there was a car out in the parking lot with 2 people smoking pot in it. So that's nice. Don't even bother. We spent $100 here to watch our server socialize at the bar. And in case the response just says go to blah blah blah on your website, I have. Please have something actually useful to respond with unless you (in all likelihood) don't care.

This was the worst restaurant experience I ever had!!! Unbelievable. I ordered 30 wings and didn't receive any of them.. I had chicken wraps with just lettuce, no sauce, and small amount chicken.. the mozzarella sticks had no sauce, cold, tasted like cardboard.. I called the restaurant and they didn't take responsibility for no wings.. not even the quality of food . They just says get refund from my delivery.. I did but it was the food not the delivery that was the problem.. when's restaurant didn't take responsibility for the quality and missing food they simply don't care . Funny waste your money going to this restaurant!!!

The place was a mess. Service wasn't very good. Took 20 min for a server to come over to get our drink order then forgot to put in our appetizers so food came out before it. Then when we got the food it was not made very well. Wings were dry like they had been sitting a while though the ones on the appetizers tray were fresh. Nachos were just chese and jalapeños and all the fried things were soggy. Our server would disappear for long periods of time and never bring a refill. Finally asked for our check once she came around and was told we had to wait for the server to update and she disappeared again for another 20min. While we watched everyone else pay and leave. She came back reaking of smoke and was acted like she didn't know we were still there. Before we finally waved her down to get the check. Also the place wasn't busy at all it was a Sunday night.
