We had to wait in line at the drive-thru for almost 30 minutes that night, but we weren't in a big hurry, so that was okay with us. Captain D's cooks their food to order, plus COVID made it harder, so the wait was to be expected. I got the three piece fish meal with fries and fried okra as side items, plus I added the $1.99 shrimp. My total was $12.49 -- the meal didn't include a beverage. The food was accurate and hot. Great food if you're not in a hurry! I recommend Forsyth, Georgia's Captain D's.

Service was pretty good...it was fast and I picked up my food to carry out. My complaints center on that of the drink machines, and a little onthe food. The Pepsi in both fountains were off-tasting, but Dr Pepper was ok. The fried okra was pretty fantastic but the batter fried fish I had seemed to lack proper texture...could just have been a one-off. All in all still a pleasant experience and I would return if back in the area and grabbing a quick lunch.

Had never been to this chain before. Nice surprise, very good selection, very tasty, reasonably priced. Most items are fried, but they do have a salmon filet which was actually very good. The staff at this location was super nice.

My cashier was great she had great conversations and was very kind and polite,I love the atmosphere. My fishnets freshly cooked,but my fries was cold.

Had a few issues with poor customer service, all around rude to guests. We waited for a while but decided to give it another try. Huge improvement. Newer staff. Very friendly. We were very impressed

The grill cooks always get my food out hot and the order correct. But the counter crew is always cussing and making rude comments about the customers in the drive-thru line.

Had the chicken and shrimp with sides green beans & mac and cheese. Chicken was tender and tasted great, shrimp was crispy, green beans were delicious but mac and cheese was a little soupy. It had more cheese than mac. Overall a great meal. The staff was friendly and helpful.
