Kfc

I was able to get a bucket of all white meat chicken for my order. I always call ahead to make sure cause I have had problems in the past . The food was hot and fresh. This was the 1st time I have had their fries and everyone was happy with them. I had to have them with ketchup, they were too dry for me. There was a line, but it kept moving. The person at the drive-thru was friendly and sweet.

Had been given replaced order for burnt and not coated chicken, explained to mgr was given free order, he then tells me after order ready this one has no problem, I get home he did not seal the gravy spilled all over, chicken looked so bad not coated so greasy the bottom of bucked covered in oil, seemed upset he had to replace my order, called main kfc, took my complaint, same mgr callls me at home saying he got my complaint, advised if he calls my house again i wil lhave him arrested, I am a retired police officer. pic attached

Very, very upset about my food. We called 6-7 minutes before arrival about wanting "fresh" wings. They refried old wings that had been sitting under the heat light for 28 minutes for 20-30 seconds and called those fresh. We called and complained and the associate who answered the phone hung up. They are rude and lacks basic customer service skills. Will not return.
