First time visit and last. I ordered salmon croquettes and they were horrible every cook knows to remove the bones from the salmon before cooking but I found several bones and the taste wasn’t there too fishy tasteless taste more like Mackerel fish. The Grits were tasteless and warm. If I could give a negative zero I would.

On a road trip and stopped in to have a bite to eat. It’s a small quaint little place. The coffee tasted wonderful. We had the chicken & waffles, shrimp and grits, and a vegetable omelette. One of the kids had a waffle. All were delicious! The chicken was perfectly cooked, not greasy, and the seasoning was delicious. The shrimp and grits were amazing and taste great. The omelette was delicious. The portions were good and prices are reasonable. The owner came out and tuned the TV to a show for the kids. She brought a chair out for the baby in carseat. They also have board games and big Jenga blocks. We enjoyed our meal very much.

I went by there today for lunch, no cars, no one inside. It was around 1pm. I did try and call before I went up there to place a to go order. Silly me thought they were just busy. It is Wednesday they are supposed to be open according to the webpage. My calendar says its Wednesday, so that verified that. I was looking forward to trying something new.

I would recommend this place is you had time or a small group of friends. The place is small on the inside probably 8/9 tables. The food is good... I ordered the chicken philly omelette and my sister got the salmon croquettes with house potatoes and eggs. The total for all came to about $22 The service is slow but friendly and the food came out hot! So that’s the good part.
