Chicken Express

Soooo, Chicken Express has gone up on their prices, but I still choose to patronize there. My last experience was not a good one. I ordered the 7 chicken tender meal with a pepper. When I got to the register my order was over 16.00 dollars. I asked the cashier could I have a bag? She told me that I could only get a bag for larger orders!!! I was livid!! I just ordered 16 dollars worth of food and I can't get a bag to help carry in the house?!? My question is what am I paying the exorbitant amount of money and can't get a bag?!?!. I just need to know why the prices were raised for if not to cover something like a simple bag for the food I just purchased. Anyway, that was my experience....

This location is terrible now. I had to initiate the greeting at the speaker to get someone to take my order after being there for about 10 minutes. They then let me order rolls with my meal when all they have are biscuits. When I let them know that I ordered rolls they tell me that it’ll be another 15 minutes. This is after I’ve already been in the drive-thru for 30 minutes. At first I thought they were short staffed, but saw they had 5 employees who were mostly standing around when I got to the window. The worst part of this experience was getting home and finding out they gave me gravy water. Yes, gravy as runny as water. It looked like milk. I’m all, I blame this on the owners of this location. People have been complaining for months and it seems to remain the same. I’d wish I would have read the reviews before going there because I would have saved me both time and money.

I spent over 20 minutes in line not only for them to forget what I ordered but to also give me overcooked and salty food. The quality of this restaurant has gone down while the prices continue to go up. It's seems like they have all teenagers working in there which is fine but I don't think they have been properly trained.Too much playing and laughing while you're giving low quality food. I won't be spending my money here anymore. 2 thumbs down!!!

Management is very unprofessional and is lacking basic customer service skills. The restaurant is not clean in the lobby at dining tables and at the drink machines. It would help if the cashier understands how to operate companies systems. Attention to detail is imperative when taking customers orders. I experienced missing items, unprepared food, and bland tea from the drink area that was out of ice. Corporate refers complaints to the owner who in essence ignored my voicemail for a return c/b. Employees are a reflection of its leaders. As of now the leaders failed especially based on the majority of posts.
