Been coming here for years on and off with my family and always been good food, service and atmosphere. Good selection on the menu you for everyone, good selection of drinks, reasonably priced and the food is lovely! Would recommend booking as it does get busy!

A brilliant cosy pub, food is very good, we visited twice as staying nearby. I would recommend booking as it was very busy both days. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Lovely local pub in the new forest. Nice staff and atmosphere for Xmas. Didn’t eat but it looked and smelt great. Visited to see donkeys, cows and horses on the green outside. Play area currently closed for refund.
I had the pork ribeye with grilled peaches, chunky chips and french beans and it was divine. Big portions so unfortunately couldn't manage a pudding!
Food was amazing, Sunday roast was very generous, as was the large slice of steak pie. Unfortunately the pie looked to be severly reheated meaning the outside meat was rather dry, and vegetables on both dishes under cooked. The burger and …
