Tim Hortons

I usually cruise through this location in the mornings. The order takers manage to speak clearly and be understood (even through those awful headsets). My breakfast sandwich has ALWAYS been made properly and fresh! The order hand-off person is great too..!!! This seems like a great crew and I appreciate EVERYONE working. Thank you ALL!!!

Every time I place an order I have to double check what they gave me to make sure they made it correctly! 70% of the time they get it wrong even though I am very clear and specific with my order, I have them repeat the order back to me and I even repeat the order at the window...they still get it wrong. I don't know how they can repeatedly make the same mistake. I once even had one of the head staff argue with me that I only ordered one chilly but I ordered 2 and even paid for 2....but she said if I wanted the 2nd chilly I'd have to pay again for another chilly...this is the worst Tim Hortons I've ever been to.

Worth the drive down highway 20 to the other Tim Hortons. This location is the most convenient on my way to work and I was excited when it opened, but the staff here really do not seem to care whatsoever. I cannot count how many times my order was wrong, or there was an item missing from my order. All around very poor experience.
