What a disappointment! We took our granddaughter there for a special dinner. There were only about 5 fiiled tables at 4:00 on a Friday. The waitress who took our orders wasn't able to answer questions about the menu, and didn't offer to find out. When we got our food, my burger was cold, and looked nothing like the picture in the menu. It was the new bacon crunch burger with "homemade potato chips" on it. There were a couple of tiny pieces of chips, but there was no bacon at all, and the bun was dry. The waitress never once came by to check on things, and we had to flag her down to get her attention so we could get our bill.
The floor was so greasy, it was hard to walk on.
Needless to say we won't go back.

Food and service were excellent. However, the food took longer than expected to arrive. A smaller location, but not crowded. My main complaint about this location is the acoustics. With only a few people in the place, the din was almost painful to our ears. Any noise, from the cook cooking across the restaurant, to people talking in nearby booths, every sound seemed amplified by several times it's normal level. I'm not normally sensitive to noise. In fact, I'm slightly hearing impaired. Even my wife commented on the bad acoustics.

Service is a little slow. I saw two tables walk out because of the wait. I endured the wait and I got my food. It was good. I got the #12.

This is one of those experiences where we severely wish we would've taken pictures first.
My family and I decided to eat out here, given the area we figured it would be delicious. This food was the worst food from a restaurant we have ever had. They were out of bacon, frosting for the milkshakes, and severely skimped on whip cream.
The burgers were burnt and the portions were ridiculously small, on tiny plates as well. The fries were bad, the shakes are tiny and nothing special by any means but were over $6 per shake.
The grilled cheese was made with 0 butter, and was the driest grilled cheese we have ever seen in our lives. Literally a 0 star if I could, but that was our experience.
Will never eat here again, if you decide to I highly recommend you take pictures of your food first!

There were many things wrong here. First, they were extremely low staffed because they had three cooks and one waitress. They're serving was extremely slow because they only had one waitress although, she was amazing. She did everything she could it was just the people in the back were screwing things up. Second, people who arrived after us, were receiving their food before us. And when we did finally get our food, my family member got the wrong order. The wait was like 1 hour and it was unbelievably terrible. I do not reccomend this place to anyone. Absolutely horrible experience.

Phenomenal customer service! Our first experience and our server Becca and the kitchen staff were wonderful! Accommodates GF concerns as well! Highly recommend for lunch or dinner. We will definitely make this our new place to eat, especially when we go to the movies here at the Palladio.

The food is not very good for the price point. I ordered a normal burger and the lettuce on it was completely bad. I just scraped all of it off because it wasn’t worth asking for another one.
The service wasn’t great. We only got water once in our hour of sitting down. And the food came out slowly for the lack of other patrons.
This will be my last time ever visiting a Johnny Rockets and good riddance.

Forgot our order of appetizers french fries. We had 40 min until our movie and ordered a shake and appetizer fries to share to kill time. Shake was good but pretty small. Came immediately. However we sat for 30 min until we asked for the check with our food never coming. To top it off there were only 3 tables with people inside so they weren't busy, they forgot! We even talked to our waitress about how we were waiting to see a movie lets share some fries blah blah...so to be dismissed was quite rude. We expected service and got none. We walked up to pay the check for the shakes and said well we need to leave for our movie and the waitress said oh but your fries are coming! We looked at the heatlamp and there was nothing. So she also lied and tried to cover. Will never go back.
