Taco Bell

I’ve been going to this place ever since I moved here almost 9 years ago and this is my go to place whenever I need a quick bite. I’m loving their dollar menu right now. Usually I order 3-4 items on their dollar menu and it’ll fill me up for at least 5 hours. Might not be a a huge variety on that menu but hey at least it gets the job done.

Worst service in fast food ever! Hopefully a competent manager sees this review and does something about it. On 9/8/18 at approx 8:00-8:10 pm We went inside to order 13 cheesy rice and beans burritos with nothing but rice and beans (pretty simple right?) and a couple other items minor items. They took over 25 minutes with only 2 small orders at the drive through and only one other order of two Mexican pizzas inside. We get the order home and it was obvious they didn't want to get more beans and rice out for us because they lathered on a super thin layer of beans and sprinkled a 1/2 a baby handful of rice on each one. Watching them make the stuff it was pretty clear they didn't care about their job. There was a guy waiting for like 10 minutes while they were taking their time almost looking like they were intentionally trying to work slow. Not to mention they shorted us a burrito and ignored our order for the spicy potato taco. I sure hope that management corrects this. I know they're short-handed, but these guys were definitely not trying to work tonight.

Live walking distance and usually choose to go to a different location due to wait time here. Plus side is they haven't messed up an order yet, but it shouldn't take 30 minutes to get through the drive thru when there's only two people ahead of you! Could seriously use a remodel, might bring in a nicer customer base. Overall not horrible.

Horrible service today. Didn't know there was going to be a 25 min wait for my food today. Not only was the cashier actively turning people away after I placed my order, but then I watched as they continued to have personal conversations in back. Asked for a a fork or spoon because they were out in the lobby and was told we are too busy and anyways the were out of any forks or spoons in the building. No apology no acknowledgment pd the frustration of many people coming in and out of this building. Not the first time I've had issues with this place.
