Applebee's

My experience tonight was Horrible... We came to watch the game even though there were empty tables 6 feet apart we were not able to sit near watching range of a TV... 1st cold cheese dip... then RAW Chicken! The Manger made sure to let me know the cook had been there for awhile she wasn't sure what happen. Asked if I would like a to go box 🤣 I'd definitely say skip this restaurant! Not worth your money or your health!

Awesome customer service and teamwork. I stop for lunch and quickly seated by Taylor, the hostess. It was busy so Taylor returned to take my drink order to assist the waitress. Drinks were delivered promptly by the waitress. I placed an order of chicken with shrimp. I was pleasantly surprised when the manager delivered my chicken with shrimp that was still sizzling right out of the oven. Overall, the food was good and service was exceptional.

This is the worse Applebee's I've ever been to. No, I am not negative Nancy or what has become known as a "Karen". I've attempted this Applebee's three times. Each instance has had the same staff member involved. First time I asked if I could place a Togo order, I was told no that I would have to come in since they closed soon (were open for another hour). So, I went in....ordered two plates for me and spouse to share with each other... one was to be a medium steak, but it was raw raw. I normally eat my steak rare, and couldn't stomach the steak so took it home to cook and just threw it away. Second time, I walked out before I ever got a chance to order. Literally no more than 5 customers in the entire establishment with two and half hours until closing. Took over 20 minutes without a menu, drink, or service. I asked tthe bartender if my party of three could just place a Togo order, I was told NO but then she would find someone else to take my order...20 min later...we walked out. I tried to excuse that maybe the blue haired female working behind the bar does not want to provide service nor is able/willing to take a Togo orders and performs a different function in the restaurant. Third time: We came in two hours before closing. There was at least 10 seated/active tables, with two servers and an empty bar (where they serve food). We sat down and when we asked for a couple menus, were told the bar area was closed. We did not mind moving to a table, but then the blue haired bartender proceeded to tell us she was closed because she was leaving because her babysitter was unable to continue to watch her children. Our new, male, server was delightful. He took care of our needs and handled my complaint professionally. I explained that I personally was okay without an alcoholic beverage, but the plethora of customers currently sitting and enjoying a cocktail and beer would be unhappy. He brought food, appetizers, steak, chicken, shrimp (although the steak was still not cooked appropriate/tastefully) he checked back to continuously make sure we were doing okay. I did not express the disappointment in my steak, because I already knew there was a back of the house issue. The front of the house issue was resolved, but I would not recommend. Why three times??? The hours of operation meet our work schedule. Well, typically...not with this location. Unfortunately, they are not up to ours or corporate standards.

We went to eat 2 Saturdays ago and the hostess was so rude and acted like she did not even want to be there! She said a 20 minute wait and I said fine 🙂. There were empty tables every where! I ask about the empty tables and she said they were waiting on servers. Finally we were taken to a booth that was not big enough for 3 grown adults! I again ask about a table that was empty again she said they were waiting on servers! We were going to have to wait again to put at a table! We left! They were very rude and disorganized! We have never had a problem before!

The food was ok. Ordered drinks and bartender didn't make them until I asked the waitress for them. I was sitting where I could see the bar. Also ordered dessert that had ice cream. They were out of ice cream so a discount was requested for receiving part of the dish. Manager said no discount. Overall bad customer service. Won't be back.

I was there to pick up a to-go order. The bartender was really nice; however, he appeared to be overwhelmed & could've used some help. He realized he was out of glasses & I observed the quickest dish washing procedure ever... The area could use a good cleaning as well. I know gnats are out, but I'm pretty sure no one wants to see them flying/resting in front of them while having a drink or eating. What I saw in the front of the did concern me as to what the back of the house looked like. My chicken & shrimp was good; however my breadstick was hard & so was the replacement.

We were sat less than 10 minutes. Nice atmosphere and more importantly observing the 6ft apart social distancing. Jennifer M was the fantastic server we had. We ordered the spinach artichoke dip which was hot and tasty. We chose the 2 for $27 special. I had the delicious fall of the bone ribs with the tasty garlic mashed potatoes and the cold raw green beans. I asked if I could exchange green beans for a salad, but was told it would be $1 upcharge which I couldn't understand. Was I supposed to eat the raw green beans? Other than that I suggest the ribs or garlic chicken and shrimp.

We went there to eat dinner. There were 3 groups of people waiting to be seated. The hostess was nowhere to be found. After about 5 minutes one person went to talk to a server. The server told us they can only seat 20 tables at a time. Why could they not have the host or hostess standing up there telli g the customers all of that like they are supposed to? I will never go to that Applebee's again.
