Papa Johns Pizza

I ordered a LARGE pepperoni pizza. I paid for $10 of it with my rewards money. I received a pizza that looked like a medium. When I took it back insiide the store, I was told "That IS a large. Sometimes they shrink in the oven." I measured the pizza when I got home and it was 13 inches. Domino's has NEVER given me bad pizza, and has always given me Large pizzas that are actually large. BYE BYE Papa John's I'm tired of the bad service.

Will never order from this Papa Johns again. Order for delivery was declared “lost” after almost an hour and a half of delivery time...due to them being busy. It was remade and delivered via door dash employee. Pizza box came to doorstep with no security seal (new practice due to their no contact delivery because of covid), half opened, and cold. Called back to let them know there was no security seal and the box was open upon receiving and was told by a gentleman that he would personally make, seal, and send us a new pizza. It was an hour later that we received another pizza and by that time we had already given up and eaten something else. So disappointed because we love Papa Johns. This location needs some work.

This was an online order said it had been delivered on hold for 40 minutes to try to figure it out. They picked up and said nothing then hung up. I drove to the store and they said it went out late. Told me to call home to see if it was there yet. It was delivered an hour and 15 minutes after it was sent out they had delivered it. I was polite and the manager said if it doesn't get there in a little bit we will make a new one. I drive home it's cold and the parmesan breadsticks weren't even done. My last order from this Papa John's.
