There was a bug in my Bacon Cheese potato. Upon the first bites I became sick vomiting (I have photos) I then had to return as they gave me the incorrect food the customer service was horrible. With each mistake I was treated hostile as if I done something wrong. In Conclusion this was the final straw , as I have encountered these issues several times before with this location. If something is not done about the service of this location I will not even consider Wendy's for future purchases .

Got to drive through window and forgot frosty. Asked the clerk kindly to add one for my granddaughter and she said she had cashed me out and could not do it. I continued asking and was ignored. Then asked for the manager who never showed up asked the sweet helper to get me one. While the cashier was taking rude about me where I could hear it when I told her it was supposed to be about the customer she tried to slam the sliding window on me. Wendy’s cashier needs to be trained to work with customers.

Poor customer service and bad attitude is what you are going to get when you go here! I would have loved to have more lettuce or just a whole leaf would have worked!

The service was extremely slow. The cashier carried on two much banter with friends rather than wait on the people.
The burger was good, but the fries were way to salty.

In case you haven't picked up on a theme, the customer service at this location is particularly lacking! Be prepared to deal with a horrible attitude, and also expect the restaurant to be out of something (inventory mismanagement), forget something (lack of care), or give you the wrong food (no attention to detail) ... and then treat you with an increasingly dismissive and hostile attitude if you dare question or complain.
They don't appreciate and therefore don't deserve our business. They certainly don't act like they want it.

This event occurred January 19 2022 around 4 or 5 pm. I was in the drive through and I wanted two separate orders so I told the lady that was communicating with me through the speaker that. She said rudely, “I’m only taking 1 order” . My brother was on the phone with his friend and the person on the phone laughed (not at the lady) she mocked the person on the phone and started laughing rudely. She then asked if I was “ready to order” in a bad manner. I told her not to worry about it because she had an attitude. She continued to argue with me as I pulled away. Very unacceptable.

Cashier caught an attitude when I asked for my receipt. If I am paying for a service, I shouldn't have to repeatedly ask for a receipt. Next time I'll just ask for the general manager or the corporate number.

I got here, at Wendy's, at 10:20 am they made me wait 5 min before they said anything. The man proceeded to tell me "we don't have breakfast anymore, lunch will be served in 5 min". I said, "can I at least place my order since it was something off the lunch menu". He said, "no lunch starts in 5 min, please pull around, there is someone behind you, pull around so I can tell them the same thing". It was a very unpleasant visit. I will not be eating at this Wendy's again.
