We usually get great customer service, however, tonight was awful. Whomever was taking orders was rude and short tempered. The Nacho Belgrande had soured guacamole put on it, there was barely any cheese, and chips were stale. The only good service we received was the young lady taking the payment. She was very friendly and nice.

Vegan options and accommodations, really friendly staff, but they're soooo slowwwww expect to be here for a minute and forever especially during busy times or shift changes. But my orders are hardly ever wrong so... Especially if I order through the app. They're on point, but expect to wait awhile for your taco. 🤷‍♀️

Worst taco bell in the country. I've tried multiple times to get food here and they are so slow it is actually quicker to go the next one 11 miles away. Multiple cars leave the line to eat somewhere else. Even with that it took 50 minutes to order and get food the one time I stayed in line. On top of all that, they get your order wrong and dont allow guests in the lobby so you would have to wait in line again to fix it. Dont waste your time

Seriously the worst Taco Bell, and I don't know why I continue giving them chances. They absolutely never get your order right - even looking at it on the screen. They don't understand simple substitutions. I tell the guy over and over I'm allergic to dairy so nothing I'm getting will have cheese, sour cream, chipotle sauce, etc. and he takes that as I don't want any veggies or guacamole or anything, after I tell him I still do, just no dairy. Still get cheese, and still get no veggies or guacamole. Come on. Ingredients are old and stale. Bit into a cinnamon twist and had to spit it out they are so old. So, I get charged however much for substitutions and adding guacamole, etc, and I still can't eat half the stuff I ordered. Don't get me started on how slow they are and how one night, workers didn't take any of our orders from the drive through and just sat in the kitchen/walking to the bathroom pointing and laughing at us and other people saying "hello?" into the intercom. Poorly managed, poor service, awful quality food. Just unbelievable and I'm truly done with this location. I'd rather drive all the way down Lakeland through 1,000 stop lights to go to the other Taco Bell.

Went at 9:30 p.m. to pick up a delivery and waited for several minutes at the drive-thru with no response. Finally went to the window and they told me that they were closed despite hours being posted is 11:00 p.m. closing Went a second night and lights were all on and it was 1 hour before the posted close time. Was told that speaker that they were closed

I think this is the worst taco in USA… I waited literally 45 mins in the line to get the food even after ordering online to avoid the line. But they gave spoiled potato fiesta, it’s smelly and taste worst. When went to ask for the reason they say it’s a fresh potato. Worst place to visit ever don’t even dare to go here.

This is the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. The lobby is closed and one time the workers were just sitting in the booths inside looking at us. You have to wait in line for thirty minutes at the drive thru even if you ordered online. Sometimes even the drive thru is closed extra early. I don’t understand why this place hasn’t closed down.
