Smoothie King

Don’t waste you’re time ordering here with the app. It took over 10 minutes after my order time and 5 walk in smoothies were made while my time was delayed. For an employee to take over ten minutes to ask about my order and it was already late is upsetting. Time is our most valuable commodity and I really hate wasting time when I took a route to avoid waiting. Let it be known for this review it is now 1:36 I have yet to receive my smoothie that is now on the blender while the employees put on face masks. My order should have been ready at 1:21. Maybe the “cute” little nephew in law could make my smoothie faster and more efficient than the people at Flowood. It is now 1:38 PM and I’m just now leaving with my smoothie. Completely unacceptable!!!!!

This is the follow-up resulting from the horrible ordeal I experienced on 2/26/21 at the Flowood location where I encountered a blond hair in my smootie. There has been NO redress by the management or their team. No one has contacted me or made any effort to remedy this situation to date. It is now July 6, 2021. I will update my post.

My family and I visit the Flowood location often and haven't had an issue. On 2/26/21, my husband and I ordered 2-32 oz smooties. My smootie had a long blond hair in it that came up through the straw. I have pics to prove it...This was a very disgusting and unpleasant experience to have someone's hair in my mouth and especially unsettling in the Age of COVID. I got physically sick. Hair bonnets should be mandatory when working with food/beverages. I want to speak with the owner.

I got the nutty super grain smoothie from here and it tasted like watery cocoa powder. It didn't taste good at all. I've had the same one twice at the smoothie king on state street, and they tasted really good and nothing like this one. Also the guy in the drive thru just handed me the smoothie, and he just waited for me to pay without saying anything. Customer service was not great at this one.
