Always great value for the price you pay. Most of rhe counter personnel are super courteous. I've never ever had an issue. Ample portions that are extremely flavorful and and always seem to be at the correct temp. In some ways I think they offer more value and selection for the price than PF Changs thar opened down the 2499.

Do you really think a bowl of rice with a 1/4th portion of Angus beef is acceptable when it cost more than the other items? The man at the window in a collared shirt who appeared to be the mgr approved of the portion even tho he had taken almost all of the entree and did not ask the kitchen for more! I do believe he needs further training due to his inept ability to properly. manage this location and provide proper service.

It's good in a pinch. They're mostly consistent wherever you go, sometimes the scoops of food will vary in the ratio of meat to veggies or even just types of veggies. It's like the McDonald's of Chinese food. The flavor is fine, but not great, especially if you've had genuine Chinese cuisine, there's no comparison. If I want something cheap, fast, and somewhat healthy (depending on what you order of course) then this can be a decent option. At least you know what you're gonna get, most of the time.

It's ok. Wasn't that impressed but it wasn't terrible either. Food temperature was poor to mediocre.. like it's been sitting around a while. UPDATE 2022-01-31: Got some more Panda recently and it was better than last time and the support good fundraising causes so upping my rating to 4 stars. Really liked the mushroom chicken.

I very seldom leave a bad review for any business but I felt this one was more than justified. Arrived at 8:50pm to get my sick 6 year old daughter and my wife some rice and chicken and they literally had one scoop of rice left and about a scoop and half of orange chicken. THATS IT. The lady said "this is all we have left" and in my head I'm thinking "I know there's a shortage of everything right now but rice, seriously?" I politely asked if they were out of rice or of they just didn't want to make more rice, and she that they have more rice but they're closing the kitchen down, mind you this is 40 minutes before they close. I understand if I come in 5 minutes before closing but 40 mins is a little absurd to not have anything left. Luckily the manager came over and told me they could make more rice it will only take 5 minutes if I was willing to wait. AS IM WAITING FOR RICE ONE LADY MOSIES HER WAY TO THE DOOR AND PROCEEDS TO LOCK IT. Right there above the lock in large bold letters it reads "THIS DOOR MUST REMAIN UNLOCKED DURING BUSINESS HOURS." She walked by me while I was still waiting and told me to just let her know when I was leaving and she would let me out the door. If I hadn't paid already I would have just told her to let me out now I'll go somewhere else. I'm sorry but I will not be giving this establishment my money ever again.

Always a quick favorite... all the menu options were available and fresh. Service, despite being no touch drive through, was incredibly good. The server brought our order (several dinners) to our car, zero touch. Everything was perfect, carefully packaged and tasted delicious when we got home. Convenience of fast food, tasted like a top restaurant. Always a favorite!!!
