TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!! The woman at the window was very rude. We went through the drive thru and she asked to take our order we asked to be given a minute, the lady then came back on and asked again “CAN I TAKE YOUR ORDER?!” After we had literally just asked for a minute then proceeded to tell us they can’t do that, that their on a timer like how is that our fault?!? so we just said we’d do it online we didn’t get our sauces so we went back through and tried to say we didn’t get any with what we got but I had chicken nuggets and my bf ordered jalapeño poppers so we knew we were supposed to receive them and she finally said “just give them 1”. We drove off and noticed we didn’t get another item we ordered! So we had to go back through the line and drive thru and she said we didn’t get the item we ordered and it wasn’t on their end we showed them the receipt where it literally said the item and where we had paid for it they would not honor the receipt we showed and would not give us our money back for it and argued with us the whole time TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, but luckily corporate refunded our money and got it handled.

I ordered the new hand breaded chicken sandwich and to me it put the one I got at Jack's today to shame! Burger King exceeded my expectations on the sandwich!!!! I had to change my review to 2 star's after my last 2 trips there!! They served me a raw chicken sandwich and then the next trip my I had gotten the fried jalapeño and cheddar and they were barely luke warm and tasted like they hadn't been all the way cooked either!! It will be a long time before I get anything else from the Burger King on Cox Creek in Florence, AL
