I love it here! Only thing I wish is they had a way to leave a card tip. I almost never carry cash on me. The atmosphere is nice, workers are helpful, never once had a bad experience.

Normally, this Starbucks frustrates me because they can never maintain stock. However, I went the last two days and I wanted to note that Ryan L. (i think that was his name) has been absolutely killing it. He has such a good attitude and is SO efficient.

I really like the Matcha Frappuccinos as they are consistent, don't tone down the matcha flavor, and they actually have the tap Nitro Cold Brew that my boyfriend enjoys at this location in Florence (we only have two to choose between in our city and the other does not have the tap and has been out of matcha for days now). However, I cannot give it a better rating as I NEVER know when this location is open or not. The hours are never the same as listed online, they close early at all different hours (seemingly on a whim), and have even removed a phone number from the Google listing so you HAVE to physically drive to the location to either (1) see if they're open or (2) get the number to call and find out that particular day's hours. I gave this location an extra star because IF you can place an order, they seem to do a good and consistent job. It is frustrating, though, to want a drink on a double star day only to get off work and find out at the drive thru that they closed five minutes prior to you arriving and they were the only Starbucks within an hour drive that had matcha flavoring.

I’m beyond sick of the place making up a new time that they want to close at least once a month. These clowns need to come up with a permanent closing time, or start reimbursing customers that drive 10 miles to get a drink for the gas they waste.

A worker named summer doesn’t know the difference between a latte and an iced coffee with a splash of milk, even after I showed her my normal order. She was very rude, and this is not the first time I’ve had this problem with her.
