Taco Bell

Ordered food via drive-thru. Open the bag, both items are in there. I think it was a #3, it's a burrito with a crunchy taco. Requested no tomatoes on either items because I'm allergic to tomatoes. Bite into the burrito, and yep, you guessed it, A MOUTH FULL OF TOMATOES.. I immediately spit the food out and rinsed my mouth. Thank Goodness I have had no reactions so far.. I honestly think they purposely put extra tomatoes on it. Normally, if you order an item that comes with tomatoes, they put 6 tiny pieces LoL, order your food w/o tomatoes n your gonna get nothing BUT tomatoes🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

They never get ur order right. 2 days in a row they have left good out. I even told them the second time about the first time and they said “I will make sure it’s all there” and what do u know it wasn’t. To top it all off u can’t even call to complain because they won’t answer the phone! Excellent customer service let me tell ya!!! NOT

Sat in drive through while 1 car at a time ordered and then picked up food at window before next order was taken. So once I received the wrong order I couldn't even imagine how this was possible!...but whatever...I went back in to have them correct it and just got home...still wrong. Not to mention soggy, cold and destroyed! What a joke the fast food industry is becoming!

Slow service , slow. Only reason I come here is for my sister in law. Everytime , get a taco pull up , get a burrito pull up . Should be Hurry up and Wait Bell. Morning crew during the week are some rude people. No wonder McDonalds right next to them always has a line around the building. Nice people and fast service.
