Went there tonight 11/30 around 7:30 PM- and man they were slammed! BUT- they did amazing. My family ordered around 25 dollars worth, and even after driving 20 minutes home it was nice, hot and fresh. The lady who took our order upfront was very nice, even being slammed by a bunch of people We will continue to come here, always a great experience. Thanks to the hard workers at Florence!!

Everything was cold when I went to pick it up. Wasn't sitting under a heater or anything. I was even a couple minutes early in picking it up. This is the picture of the strawberry cheesecake that I ordered at the counter. I asked if the amount of sauce for the pasta was enough and she said "yes, it's plenty", it only covered half of the pasta. Some of the pasta was not separated and in chunks. This used to be a great restaurant. I guess I now realize why there was only 1 car in the lot and two customers inside.

I called for two days about a catering order. Phone stays off the hook so I drove in on a Monday. My order was for a Wednesday. I had zero confidence in cashier or manager. Both unprofessional talking about how they have to work 24 hours a day. The manager took my order after walking away and coming back twice. I payed the 110 dollars. I made it clear I was picking up at 7pm. The receipt says nothing so I made sure she wrote it on the ticket. I showed up early on Wednesday because I had no faith when ordering. Same manager that took my order said what order and then told me she had forgot. Again complaining about her hours worked being why she forgot. This was for a business lunch. Had I not gotten there early it would have been a nightmare. She never offered an apology or a discount. And I order another 50 dollar tray after seeing what size the first trays were. Ill be honest, the food was decent. But the customer service and professionalism was a zero. Especially for a 160 dollar order. If your an owner that reads reviews, believe me when I say you should probably address this. Thanks

We visited this restaurant on the way home from Cincinnati. Being fast food Italian, it’s usually pretty straightforward. But, for some reason, this was a disappointment. First, we were waiting in the drive-thru line for about 30 minutes (stuck between other cars). Besides the spaghetti, I had a free birthday cookie, which the manager kindly offered to replace with a brownie since they were out of cookies. He told me to keep the coupon and use it another time. But, on payment I saw that he had charged me for it. I mentioned it to him, and he told me he knew and had thrown in a second brownie rather than take the time to refund (they were swamped!). The manager was very apologetic and I believe they were short staffed and extra busy at the same time. The spaghetti was as expected, but the usually soft and buttery bread sticks were overcooked, crunchy and not so tasty. I would have rated them much worse, but the manager really did make every effort to make things right and was very courteous. So, a 3 it is.
