I hate to give any establishments a one star but they deserved it! First they were out of the soda we originally wanted. We get to the window we were not greeted immediately. When we were finally greeted the man had on a tattered dirty face mask. He was not friendly, the freezer by the window is broken and was not properly closed because the top was literally sitting side ways. We asked for a drink tray and were told they don't have them. Then we got out drinks that had soda running down the side of the cups. Fast forward 5 minutes we are still in line waiting for our food the man with the nasty mask hands us all 4 bags at once. We drive off yess fries are hotbut the burgers are 🥶 🧊 cold. We will never visit this checkers again!

Normally this checkers is fine, but today I just ordered the XL fries and got some McDonald's looking fries.. Unfortunately I didn't check the bag before I left the restaurant or I would've spoken to a manager then. The only reason I continue to go to checkers is because of the fries. These are terrible, unseasoned, and flat out not checkers quality fries. Pretty disappointing.

Went the other night and tried to get dinner, but was informed by staff that they were unable to take my order due to 'shift change'. It kinda shocked me because that's literally never been something I've encountered before in my life. Enough staff should be working where you don't need to close down the entire restaurant just to change from day to night shift. I will NOT be returning. And I'm changing my star rating from 2 to 1 because that's just slack. The other checkers in town can meet my needs just fine. Don't waste your time with this one.

Is SO HORRIBLE!!! BEING NASTY WITH US AND WE BEEN WAITING FOR LIKE ALMOST 10 MINUTES AGO AND WON'T COME TO THE FRONT WINDOW!!!! IS VERY POOR!!! NOT A GREAT SERVICES AT ALL!!! WE WILL NOT COMING BACK EVER AGAIN!!!! MY FOOD IS NOT GOOD AND IS COLD!!!!!! 😠 😠 😠

The food here is good, the only problem is the customer service and the fact that they are always out of at least 4 menu items. At night if you come here, they will claim they are closed or the system is down and they can't help you. During the day, they'll be out of just about everything. I have never had anyone smile at me or be nice. Everyone sounds irritated at the window, you pull up, and you're met with no smiles, someone scowling at you, and the most attitude I have ever seen. I love the food here which is the only thing that brings me back once in a blue moon. The experience is always so negative and it makes me never want to come back. I definitely don't recommend coming here.
