This is nasty molded fry in my food and the fries and burger was old tasting it’s 5 people in there and one girl is taking orders and bringing the food out y’all need to get at these females

My husband ordered and I realized he ordered something incorrectly, so he pressed the order button, to fix it immediately. A "full-figured" woman, (as am I, so not knocking her size, just saying) came out with a side of ATTITUDE!!, to say, "You ordered it with no ice, but you want a slushy now?", Not "my pleasure" or "yes,sir!"....the burger was decent, my tots were not "hot and fresh" at all. Lady, I can spend my money elsewhere. And my husband was kind enough to tip you!

The staff was so rude. They would ignore Any requests and then scoff when approached to get it yourself. I've always loved sonic and I've never had such a bad experience as I did tonight. Irby Street Sonic, do better. Smh

I must say Sonic was awful today! My children and I went to the location on South Irby Street in Florence Sc. Let’s just say my daughter’s meal was hard has a BRICK!!!! I called several times to talk to a manager no answer. So I call the restaurant across town and a manager answered the phone😞. When food has been under the light or sitting out all day. Please do not serve that to your customers. I don’t mind paying for my food but when it’s like this I have an issue.

Okay so here's the thing every Sonic that I go to including this one when I order a chocolate shake I expected to look like a chocolate shake not like a vanilla shake with chocolate swirls and very little chocolate at that I mean you're paying good money for the shakes they should come how you ordered them!

You will get what you normally get from Sonic. The usual quality for fast food. Drive thru is slow and the line is long.

If your going to sell banana milk shakes, you should be sure to have bananas on hand. I recall several instances running to a local grocers to pick up an essential product to serve my customers when it was determined we were going to run out, when I was in food service. It happens in food service for many reasons, I understand that, what I don't appreciate is being asked after I have placed my order, and arriving at the pick up window, if I would like to change my banana shake to another flavor. 2nd time this has happened at 2 different Sonic Drive thrus.
