I’ll start by saying the staff was friendly when I went to place an order for my son’s birthday. The positive ends there. The design was absolutely nothing like the reference picture and what was discussed, and what I ended up with looked like it was done by a 5 year old. Not only that but the cupcakes were dry and tasted stale. I looked forward to supporting a local business but I could’ve gotten cupcakes from the grocery store cooler for FAR LESS money and they would have looked and tasted better. So far beyond disappointing.

This bakery is by far the best one in Florence. I've already brought 2 cakes and a bunch of delicious goodies from them and was satisfied. Their work is definitely pro status and their customer service is A1. I will be purchasing another cake from them in 2 months for my son's birthday. If you want a party in your mouth come here. You will not be disappointed.

My wife & I are very disappointed with being told that the peach pie 🥧 was made with fresh peaches 🍑. I asked the young girl and she then confirmed that the peaches used were fresh. Absolutely not! They tasted like they were previously frozen or from a can. The cherry 🍒 pie 🥧 was not very good either but tasted slightly better. Mrs. Smith frozen pies or Marie Callender pies are much better. We drove two hours because of the reviews and spent over $55.00 on those two pies, a dozen doughnuts 🍩, cookies 🍪, and a pastry, and a brownie. I don't like leaving bad reviews but a two hour drive and to be highly disappointed did it.
