Waited for cashier service. The drink dispenser has been out of service for six weeks. The catsup dispenser has been removed. No straws or cup lids are available. In general, it rates a 3 out of 10. Spend your money at other fast food facilities.

This was a pretty awesome Burger King to stop by and visit while traveling. The staff was super friendly, the service was quick, the bathrooms were clean. That's really all you can ask for when doing a meet greet and eat.

Typical BK. Ok but not fabulous. Air conditioner issues and quite warm inside. Ice machine out of ice. Food was ok.

I decided to give this place 1 more shot. VICTORIA IS AMAZING! Saw her running, really running outside and back inside orders doing everything and with a smile. Promote that employee. Rest of the staff was moving like pond water.

Today at the Florence Burger King it appeared that they were either under staffed over very behind. The soda machine and ice cream machine had broken. But the front cashier was working her tail off. She was running and putting things in the fryer, she was getting drinks, trying to help with satisfying things that weren't right all while keeping up with taking and calling orders. She did amazing!

Food was excellent! Fries were fresh. Establishment was very busy. We didn't mind the wait time. Riley did an excellent job taking our order and making sure it was correct. The staff here are pleasant and always welcoming. Nice to see smiling faces. They do their best when busy and under a lot of pressure. Thank you BK staff.

Delicious! More than I expected in both quantity and quality. Taste is fantastic. Sometimes they overdo the pickles but they're easy to toss. Love this sandwich. BK, you got this right!

This Burger King branch offers, for a quiet location, consistently freshly cooked products that have been assembled with pride. Having had less than enjoyable experiences earlier at other locations -- with soggy fries etc. -- I decided to give BK another try when passing through Florence. And, I am glad that I did. While, it seems, fries can be a bit of a hit and miss (always a hit at this branch, it seems, though), there is nothing that quite beats the smoky flavor of a Whopper. Now, this is what a real burger, or at least as real as you can ask for from a fast-food chain, should taste like. I have to commend the smooth, fast and pleasant service at this site, too. Glad that I did end up stopping here!
