The worst fast food experience I've had! After spending a half hour in the drive thru line I neglected to inspect my purchase. Chicken was over cooked or leftover from the previous day. Ordered a 12 piece meal but only received 10 pieces of chicken. 2 halves of breast 1 wing missing the meaty part, 1 drumstick and the rest was thighs all very dark brown.when the car ahead of me asked for a refund that should have tipped me off. I'll spend my money elsewhere

I ordered 4pc Chicken only. The intent was to pair it with something at home. But, the Chicken was overcooked, dark and dry as hell. Almost taste refried. I expected better. I only ate 1 piece. The dog gets the rest.
Waited forever in the drive thru since the building was not open due to covid restrictions. Definitely a waste of my time ☹

Chicken was overcooked or maybe old I went in and the manager was very nice and gave me fresh chicken it was a little bit better macaroni was not prepared correct you could not taste the cheese. I guess I'm used to KFC maybe 20 years ago it tastes nothing like the original flavor macaroni was overcooked some didn't taste like real cheese was included chicken was too dark and hard even for animal to eat please update your original recipe thank you
