Mcdonald's

Went today and ordered a Hot caramel mocha. Get to the window and the young girl tried handing me a iced mocha. Told her I ordered it Hot and she's like well I think she charged for iced and just stared at me like I was supposed to just take what they made. So another worker told me to pull up to the rail and they would bring it out to me. After waiting for 15 minutes I finally went in and told them I still haven't received it. After a few minutes they finally gave it to me and it was lukewarm like it had been sitting there waiting and never got brought out. Not one person apologized for the wait or barely even acknowledged me. Acted like it was my fault they messed up. The order was right on my screen when I ordered it.

Worst experience ever!!! It took over 30 min to place and receive my small order, and even then they didn't get it right. I ordered and paid for a large frappe and got a small. No reason for it to take as long 3 cars in front of me, and they all had small orders too. I would give negative 5 stars if I could. I was almost late for work,, and didn't have time to have them correct my order. So money wasted on a product I didn't get.

The morning crew at this McDonald's needs to go back to training. The person taking the orders doesn’t know how to multitask. She can’t take orders and money at the same time. Anybody that’s worked a fast food drive-thru knows that’s a requirement. It takes entirely too long to get your food. Then when I get my food it burnt. Why in Gods green earth would you give the customer something you wouldn’t eat? Fast food workers want $15 an hour, well you need to do better with your customers service. They need to bring back the crew from Dec 2021.

I ordered two egg McMuffins for breakfast this morning. They gave me two sausage McMuffins. I drove back through because the lobby is closed to get the order corrected only to find out I got two more sausage McMuffins. I was able to go inside through the lobby entrance by the drive through. I explained to the shift manager that I received the wrong order twice. She was rude and said I told them sausage McMuffins twice. That was a lie. I haven’t had a sausage McMuffin from McDonald’s in 20years. The sausage is greasy and has little pieces of ground up cartilage in it. I won’t ever order it or eat it. I told her I didn’t tell them sausage. As she walked away she mumbled something about me being rude. Well, if wanting to receive what you asked and paid for is rude, then I guess I’m rude. I thought I was being polite the whole time seeing how a quick drive trough visit turned into a 30 minute ordeal. My suggestion is to familiarize your staff with the menu items and their proper names. Maybe then you wouldn’t have wasted 4 sausage McMuffins and my time.

This store is awful! We ordered two quarter pounders with cheese and two large cokes and we were told to pull up to the wait lines for them to bring out our order. After sitting awhile, maybe 10 minutes, my husband and I were kind of wondering what the hold up was and I looked at the receipt and the time was 7:05pm when we placed our order. It was 7:15. Well at around 7:25 when we still had no food and no sign of ever getting any food, my husband got out to try and go inside but the doors were locked. At 7:35, just when we were about to leave and call corporate, she finally came up and brought our food. Sorry but I couldn’t even eat the whole thing because the bun was hard and the meat and cheese was barely room temperature. Im sorry but I will never go to this store again.

The sign says it’s open at 7 a.m for breakfast so why am I sitting in the parking lot waiting on food at 7:30 a.m this is ridiculous. It’s nothing but kids running this place. Pull up to people drinking and eating in the window. I called into the building and told them I’ve be en waiting on my food for 20 mins and I want a refund. They then come out with my food that I ordered at 7 a.m very foul experience. Everybody working 1st shift should be TERMINATED !!
