My mother and I stopped by today for breakfast this morning. The visit was nice and pleasant … we were shocked when we checked our bags and jelly/jam was already in there with napkins! Thank you all fr because normally that’s not the case at a McDonald’s even when you ask it’ll be forgotten sometimes. So it was nice and cool to see them already in the bag.

I don't understand how I receive no sauce with my meal, go in and nicely ask for the sauce and I have to pay you for it? On top of not receiving my fries and being accused of trying to get more?! I spent 60$ on food if I was going to lie I would have done it on something that's more that 3 dang dollars. Won't be back would rate 0 if I could.

Another restaurant ruining McDonald’s. I went in for a coke and fries. I don’t usually go in and I had never been at the McDonald’s on Bristol rd. So, I didn’t know you get your own cokes. I thought the lady got the drinks from behind the counter bc I saw the pop machine behind the her. I got the fries and not the drink so I asked where do I get the drink from? She pointed to the pop machine on the other side of me. I felt she could have said, "it’s over there” or something. No worries. I won’t be back.

Usually, the food is excellent but they were off today. The fish sandwich was sloppy & saturated with grease. The sandwich just fell apart. It was a horrible mess. We will not discuss the half container of fries. I'm taking a break from them.

Usually pretty good with orders, ours is usually always right. Except... their ice cream/shake machine is ALWAYS DOWN FOR MAINTENANCE.. NO MATTER WHAT TIME OF DAY WE GO..

They made a small mistake on the order and so I went in to let them know and as soon as she seen me she said you can keep what we gave you and we are getting the correct sandwich now. Very professional, polite and quick.

This place just took the #1 seat on my list for THE BEST McDonald's food I've ever had. This spot was previously held my a McDonald's near Kalamazoo that I would visit each time I went to Kalamazoo a couple times per month. The food at this Bristol Rd McDonald's was absolutely perfect in every way. The nuggets were crispy but not over done, the fries were also perfectly crispy and salted to perfection, and the Coke was spot on. I live in another part of town but stopped here last week on my way home. Heading back today for a repeat!! Great job to the staff here. They obviously take pride in their work and I'll be the first to admit, I couldn't work at this type of place. That is seriously some hard work and I can only imagine the stress that these employees deal with on a daily basis. Hats off to anyone who works here...your efforts are very clear in the products you serve. You all deserve a raise!! I'll be submitting my feedback to corporate as well. Thank you!!
...and yes, the food was THAT good I decided to take a picture of it for when I had the time to post this review!

Food is always greasy and the lady at the order window said that I had to come inside to get an ice water unless I bought something with it. So a water cost me $2 because I had to get a hash brown that I didn't even want.
