A good friend wanted tacos after completing work on my home, so he led the way to Puerto Vallarta.. stating.. "this is the best Mexican food" While I normally judge a Mexican restaurant by the quality of their fajitas, he suggested I try the Charro Taco Salad. Let me proclaim with the deepest sincerity that it was the best taco salad I have ever tasted in my entire life. The very 1st bite so exceeded my expectations that I very slowly savored the flavor trying not to rush swallowing. I hated that my belly wasn't big enough for the entire salad. Great portions for the price. Great prices for great food. Great restaurant!!!.
