I've lived in the area for years and decided to go here for the first time tonight. First impressions are everything. I didn't know what time your establishment closed because I've never been. I was just passing by. Pulled up to the speaker and a lady comes to the speaker and says "We closed at 8 o'clock. BYE!" So, let me correct your staff. "I'm so sorry we closed at 8pm but we open at ____ tomorrow. You're welcome to visit then." That's how you address customers. If she had said that, I would have understand with no problem. The way you address customers means a lot. You never know who that person is. This time it was a customer you could have gained. Oh well...

Fantastic fish-and-chips. I believe it's the old ambassador Coney island recipe they use fillets are handipped and then deep fried to a golden Brown the tarter sauce is just perfect. I have had the Cod several times but I hear their catfish is outstanding. From fresh to made hamburgers when you order them they may cost a little more but they are worth it. Unreal how everyone knows this because every time I drive by the line is wrapped around the building. Please fix the parking lot there are way too many pot holes in this place to be safe

Burger Streets food quality has declined and also become very expensive… $20 for 10 wing zings, no fries.. are you kidding me. And every piece of chicken had broken bones.. a ton of breading and very little chicken… sorry I won’t be back, I tried to give you all another chance after the last burger I have was very gross… veggies soggy and bread overheated… so long burger street…. U just lost a customer!✌️

Normally very good good but today I ordered 2 coneys and coney fries and the hotdogs were burnt and the buns were stale and so difficult to bite through like trying to chew bubblegum. The coney fries were not cooked enough so I called them just to let them know about the burnt dogs and buns and the woman answering their phone was very defensive and said "we never burn our coneys" and then put me on hold. Well, customer service is not something they value so I will no longer support them because my hard earned cash is too valuable to throw away on food that I cannot even eat. Sorry Burger Street USA but you lost a customer.
