Had a wonderful experience. Misty and Kayla at the Flatwoods location went above and beyond. I had just left the emergency room and was starving after having been there all day. Misty and Kayla were friendly and smiling. Best customer service I've had in a long time. We will definitely be back.

The breakfast is A-1, the staff is good too. It did not take long before I had a steaming hot plate that was scrumptious. If your passing through Ashland, Ky stop here. GOOD FOOD!

Today they only had 1 waitress and 1 cook and the place was crowded. They did the best they could but everything was cold. Then they got the bill wrong. If you're going to have a business get some help.

Shout to the Flatwoods Ky store and its crew. My grandson is on the Spectrum and they always go out of their way to make him feel special and cared about. He calls them his friends at Huddle House and loves going there for pancakes which they make those a little special for him too. Thank you for your inclusion of those with special needs!
