Tim Hortons

I walked in this morning to get a dozen of donuts, two coffees and a muffin. My son bit into one of the chocolate donuts and there was a cough drop wrapper inside the donut. I called ,explained to the manager Ashley(who initially refused me of knowing her name) and she asked when "he" came through the drive thru?! Did not pay attention to me at all or even apologize/sympathetic about what happened. She didn't even seem shocked that there was "garbage" in the donut. She stated she would provide me with another dozen of donuts. Ugh no thank you but I'll take my money back. I refuse my family to eat or drink any of the items we purchased, we should be refunded for the entire bill. This Tim Hortons in Flat rock is horrible, stay away!

They never get my orders right and the staff isn’t very friendly. I’ve lived over her for a year and half, that’s a year and a half if my trying over and over to get at least one good coffee but no matter what I order they never taste good while other locations taste amazing for the same things. They never add the flavorings that I ask for and always give me my drinks black🤮
