Medicore and reasonably priced. Don't expect much from a chain restaurant that is comparable to Denny's food quality. My ham was way to chewy and salty. Also, the bread was overkill with butter and oil. Finally, my has brown portion was only three bites. Overall, stay with the basic and hope it is not heavily coverved in butter, oil, and portion size is questionable.

March 7th Ordered on line after a night out. Got there and waited till app said food was ready. Go inside there's absolutely no around. Wait about 10 mins still no one. Walk around poke my head into door going into the kitchen. See the cook and ask him if I can get help. He says "they are outside smoking" really!! Buy now it's 15 mins into waiting. I try calling the restaurant to maybe get their attention. Nothing!! Another 10 mins and a waitress who looked pretty tweaked out comes in and says be right with you. Another 5 mins. We are at over 20 mins plus the 30 the app had us waiting is at 50 mins. She comes back again and asked what I had. By now I'm realizing how filthy the restaurant is. Dirty tables, trash in the floor. And still no one in the dining room doing anything. Waitress rushes out hand me the bag and says sorry as she rushes away. I check the bag and there's no syrup, no butter, silverware, not even all my food. Of course the waitress is gone. I wait for the cook to come out the bathroom and he starts gathering everything for me. Never did I see the waitress or anyone else besides the cook again inside the restaurant. Finally after 30+ mins waiting for my order, I go to my car to see my waitress and a group of other people, chilling and smoking next to a van in the parking lot. I still never go back to the dumpster fire of a restaurant. The service is horrible, restaurant so dirty and it not even worth the time. The cook was amazing though. He is the only redeeming quality in that place. The rest was a complete joke!!!

Went to ihop in Flagstaff and I haft to say it was a horrible experience! I ordered the chicken and pancakes. My chicken strips were very burnt. My husbands eggs were hardly cooked he asked for over medium eggs. We sent the food back and waited for ever to get it remade There were quite a few servers but sadly none knew what they were doing. It was more of a free for all.

I know they were short staff
We wait for almost an hour for the food
We didn’t receive the pancakes and the food tchicken 🍗 strips overcook burn as wells we didn’t receive the kids meals discount from 2-9 like we’re supposed to
The waitress was very nice 😊 we gave her $15 tips
But not because the the service or the food it was because she was working New Year’s Eve

I have never seen a more disorganized restaurant in Flagstaff.. We were forgotten at a table for 20 minutes. Then when we finally did get service the dude had no idea what they even have to drink(he could just be a new guy) however it just adds to the experience. Then came time to order our food and only gets worse from there... 1 hour 45mins until we got our order I would advise IHOP to maybe spend a little more time training their employees

Slow, but worth the wait. Service was friendly although not as frequent as normal, they were busy though so thats to be expected. I had the new mexican chicken burrito and it was amazing (shown in pictures)

This is probably one of the worst experiences I've had. Once we were seated the waitress come over about 5 minutes later and said did we need separate tickets. Being that I'm a little bit older than my wife that was very inconsiderate and rude first of all. Then we ordered drinks which didn't come for about another 5 minutes and then our food was received very cold the only thing that was warm were the hash browns and the hash browns in itself were not good the condiments were not there the waitress took two syrups off another table a Jason to us and handed them to us as we asked for my little boy's pancakes that were very cold along with his eggs that were very cold the customer service was at most okay the food itself was not so great. This is not one place I would recommend going. Thank you have a great day

Breakfast was delicious. The kids loved there pancakes l. The service was slow but the food made up for it.
