Staff were not the friendliest. Our order was rather large, however we were charged for an order that I told the cashier we did not want, and then we did not receive the order we were charged for. Staff made it right no issues, I likewise have worked in fast food and understand mistakes happen and am grateful the staff fixed the issue, just wish they would have been more friendly. All of our food was very delicious!

It literally took 30 minutes for the employees to realize we were standing at the register. They sent the orders out 1 at a time, 15ish minutes between each order, gave part of our order to a door dash order. They also messed up our orders. We waited all this time to get super mediocre food. Do not recommend coming during lunch hours.

These guys always give you great portions and unlike most other places you go they don't skimp on the CHEESE! This was one of the 3 soft Del Tacos I ordered yesterday. Look at how much stuff they stack onto a taco! You really get your money's worth here folks! Love this place.

I never visited a DelTaco prior till tonight. The service was so far above my expectations that i felt compelled to write up a review for the individuals working there (Sheldon, Cheyenne, Eric, Jesus). My food came out so fast I didn't even get a chance to fill my beverage cup before it was done. More importantly I got to witness the service of a few other customers in front of me in line and I think Sheldon is someone deserving a closer look. Being the small business owner that I am I could see that he has the attributes that has the ability to be a bigger factor in an organization. His passion to satisfy the clients is infectious to those working by his side, and the way he leads

Dine-in Yuck! the dining room is always dirty, I never find a clean table - no matter the time of my visit. Bathroom Yuck! looks like the weekly cleaning was missed. The food is good and consistent across the chain. I visit for the prices.

Clean tables, competent staff. Cashier repeated our order back to make sure she had it correctly. Special order burritos came labeled and were made correctly. Much appreciated!

Customer service is the worst here. My husband and I were on a road trip, and stopped in to use the restroom and get food. One of the employees headed to the bathroom the same time as me, and shot me the dirtiest glare when she realized I needed to use it. She didn’t even give me the opportunity to let her go first. She just rolled her eyes and darted back into the kitchen. They continued to be very unfriendly as we ordered and took our food. My husband told them thank you with their backs turned to us and they didn’t even acknowledge it. They just stood there gossiping with each other: Food was mediocre. Burritos had super uneven layers, and fries were cold. If we’re ever going through Flagstaff again, we will not return here.

I'm staying at the Hampton inn right nextdoor. The cashier doesn't listen. 4 times I said it is to go. The burrito was cold and the fries barely cooked. Will NOT be going here ever again. Seemed like I, the customer was nothing more than an interruption to their day.
