Panda Express

I love Panda Express! I just moved to Flagstaff a couple weeks ago, and I’m so happy to know there’s one, less than a 10 min drive where I live now. I’ve always had a good experience with the food AND customer service. Today (Sat. July 2) Brianna was specifically helpful, by explaining how I could use their coupon program (where you get a free extra entree for filling out a survey on the receipt). She even recommended her fav items, and to be honest I never tried those before, so now I’ll consider trying them next time. This is the kinda “personal touch” that earns customer loyalty — no joke!

They put sweet and sour on my Beijing Beef. It's supposed to be spicy, neither sweet nor sour. One visit prior, they made me wait a bit over 10 minutes on fried rice for an online pickup and I missed a bus because of it during no rush whatsoever. This business would go under if this was Phoenix, partly because of other Pandas making a joke out of this place, and also due to underpaying and undertraining the staff as every other business in Flagstaff is doing right now.

Probably was my worst Panda experience ever! Used the app to order and had to sit and wait 20 minutes past the shown pick up time. Would have been much faster not using the app! The quality of the food was below average… most of the broccoli was the stalk that was too hard to chew and the steam rice was old and hard! What a waste of $26 :(

DO NOT do DELIVERY or TAKEOUT from this location. Just don’t. I’m not trying to knock the workers, as it’s not their fault the place is so busy. But it just seems the DoorDash/Postmates order get put at the bottom of the barrel here. I’ve consistently waited over an hour waiting just for Takeout here, and over an hour and a half for delivery. You’re better off driving to the location and waiting in line for food. Again, I’m not trying to bash the workers or this location. Just trying to save the rest of y’all some frustration. Food is fine. Pretty standard for any Panda Express. Employees are nice and the place is always pretty clean.

We were using a coupon that states buy two entree plates get one free. So we got 3. We were notified at the register that that means just a single entree is free, not the whole plate. I said the coupon is deceiving. Employee Deseree says “well if you know how to read it isn’t”. Just had to share how wonderful their customer service is.
