Denny's

Went in on Saturday evening to have dinner with my family and I was pleasantly surprised with how friendly the staff was. When I go into a restaurant it’s nice to see a manager not only out talking to customers but talking to their employees and encouraging them. Our food was delicious and the service was great. My father served in the military and as we were leaving the manager stopped my father and thanked him for his service and made it a point to open the door for us. Not a lot of people now days do things like that and it made my fathers entire night. We will be coming back here in the near future.

Parking is big, on each side and in front of the building. Wheelchair accessible. Greeted upon entrance. If you're lucky you can be seated right away. However, this is a popular restaurant so there's usually a crowd and a wait time. I personally never had a problem here. My family and I dine here quite often. Beverages are taken right away. Orders are taken when beverages arrive in a timely manner. Food is good and hot. Waitresses/waiters check you often and offer refills. Desserts are offered and restrooms are clean. I have not encountered a major problem. Minor mishaps but no biggie. Coupons are accepted but preferred to be printed. Thank you Denny's.

Me and my wife shared a burger, it was greasy and tasted disgusting. Our daughter got over cooked spaghetti. And the "birthday cake batter" shake we got was vanilla ice cream with sprinkles. Service was terrible, little people in restaurant and had to ask for refills when they were empty at end of table. I will never go here again. Paid $32 for less than McDonald's quality of food and service.

This has to be hands down my worst Denny's experience ever. There were four of us and we were ignored. I heard the waitress apologize to many different tables. We waited over an hour for our food. Mine came out nasty. It tasted like they microwaved all of our meals. When I told our waitress that my meal was inedible she explained that they had a lot going on in the kitchen. The waitress did not refill our coffee without being prompted. She came and got our daughter's coke glass to refill it and never returned with a drink at all. I wish I could give negative stars. They had plenty of staff from what we could see and they weren't busy at all. We were one of three tables in our section . Do yourself a favor and eat at Del Taco across the street, I wish we did.

We went on 11-22-19 in the evening. The staff were friendly and attentive at this location. They messed up our order but made it right. The food was good. I didn't feel rushed. It actually took forever to get the bill. Everything was fine UNTIL we went to check out and pay. There was a younger man with brown hair & light eyes who asked if we wanted to make a donation. My boyfriend said not today. So the cashier was rude and said, I always make a donation so they don't question it and he continued to talk like he was upset about us not donating. There was another younger male employee with him with dark hair that was making disappointed faces at us too. We have made plenty of donations in the past at different places and have helped homeless people from time to time. We actually prefer to donate to animal shelters. Everywhere you go people are asking you for donations. That's fine but train your employees not to judge people and be rude if they choose not to donate that time around. Would have given 4 or 5 stars if this didn't happen.
