Alpine Pizza

I ordered wings that looked uncooked and mostly made up of fat. My husband and I brought it to the waiters attention, that it didn’t appear to look good enough to eat and would like it sent back. Immediately, the waiter - one with a questionable bowl cut - gave us an attitude. He grilled us with questions as to why, even though we had already explained ourselves. After shoving the plate into our faces multiple times he leaves us alone, but during the conversation he stated he was the manager, only to have the real manager come out and argue with us too. We disagreed about having to pay, we believe we shouldn’t have been charged for untouched and inedible food but ultimately they did charge us for the gross looking wings. We never said we wouldn’t pay and the manager threatened to call the police on us, saying we’re “defrauding an innkeeper.” The waiter, Danny R., disrespectfully slammed the check on the table. We didn’t ask for to go boxes because we knew we would’ve been denied. We followed up with the cops and they disregarded the pizza owner’s complaint - who did call and waste police officers’ time. Lastly, the place looked gross.

I am not one to complain about service or food much but this was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. So to start out, after ordering, we did not receive are food for a long time, 2 people that came in after us got their pizza well before we even got our appetizer. I can deal with that, I understand mix ups in the kitchen(although there were only about 5 tables while we were there that were being served. So, finally got our long anticipated pizza and it it BURNT like, it tasted like scorched toast and by the time I got done with one piece, my jaw hurt from how crunchy it was from being way over cooked. So, I give them the benefit of the doubt and just ask for a new pizza because ours was burnt. Not only did she not apologize but she goes to the kitchen and says to the cook, “some guy thinks his pizza is burnt.” with an obvious attitude. We never got asked if we wanted any refills even though we sat over an hour to finally actually get our food which was honestly subpar. There wasn’t much flavor honestly. After me and 3 other friends left we had upset stomachs all day, I’ll spare the more raunchy details. I usually wouldn’t write a review but I genuinely feel like I wasted my money on over-priced, subpar pizza and terrible customer service. I would give it one star but it at least seemed clean.

Never go to this pizza place ever I promise you! Left my bag on accident and employees stole from it. When I went back to get my bag they asked if I wanted to “run a fade”. How do you treat customers like that? So inconsiderate, never coming back again. I wish I could rate zero stars and I hope these employees are punished for their actions. Disgusting
