Update July 2022 (7 months later) - nothing has changed. This store is still horrible. The drive through electronic menu has items displayed, however when you try and order them you get told dismissively "we don't do them anymore". Your order is all but thrown at you out the window, while staff don't even so much as greet you or check they're giving the order to the right customer. The order is a complete mess in the bags, with the chips upside down so they fall out. Chips were also unsalted and luke warm. Quarter Pounder was okay but falling apart in the box before I could even touch it. Staff are too busy laughing and playing around in the store to even treat you like you are present. Original Review - Staff are rude and don't comply with Public Health Orders (not wearing masks). No seating available for customers despite NSW being over 92% double vaccinated - maybe the manager/owner is an antivaxxer. The food is consistently average to poor - chips always lukewarm and soggy, burgers substandard. Avoid if you can.

Made an order via the Mecca's App at a lower price, but the cashier at Drive-Thru charged me a higher price without any prior notice. It's just a few dollars more not a big different amount. But this is totally not acceptable. When I asked why the price was different, they advised me that a discounted item could not be sold when I redeemed my reward points for another free drink. This answer is not satisfied and convinced at all. You should prohibit customers from ordering in this situation when customers was making an order via the App, if this rule is actually in place. Also, you should explain this to a customer before charging a different amount. As per the Australian Consumer Law, if incorrectly priced items mislead consumers, this is a serious offence. Also, if you display multiple prices, then customers should honour the lower price. Not going back to that store anymore. Feel like the Meccas App is no longer being trusted to place orders. As they may charge you whatever they want and the fund is directly deducted from your bank without any explanations or prior notice!!!

Attended the drive thru. Ordered two sundaes and two apple pies, and waited for 10 minutes in line (it was Friday night after all, the wait was understandable). When I arrived to pay, only the sundaes were on my order, and I was told the ice cream machine was not working, and hasn't been working for two hours... No apologies, just a recommendation to get a thick shake instead!
