Severely understaffed. Ordered through the app and marked myself as present as soon as I arrived and it still took almost an hour for the food to arrive. Attached picture is their idea of a burger.

It would be finger licking good if I could properly wash my hands! I would also love to bring my high pressure petrol water blaster and hose this place down. It's so messy & filthy! Can someone just empty the bins?

it took 5 good minutes to grab the staff”s attention to take my order, it wasn’t busy& they were literally gossiping? is this the customer service. After 20minutes my food arrived and they missed my sauces!

I ordered a go bucket which contains fries and popcorn chicken. Did this while in drive through. Asked for extra seasoning on my fries. Drove away and discovered my fries had no... ZERO... seasoning added. They were gross and flavourless. Ended up throwing the fries out. Phoned and complained but gratefully the team sorted me out. I have a replacement to collect at some stage. Only saving grace to them not getting a one-star from me!

Today is bit disappointed with the service, I ordered 6 wings and a popcorn chicken through drive way, I think they might messes up the previous orders. The girl from Window she served me only 5 wings 1 is missing also not served wings in a paper bag, on the top chicken popcorn is not cruncy and fresh by Son was eagerly waiting for KFC chicken but he was really disappointed with the food.....Friday night you guys might be busy but need to check the order before you guys send it out ....

Staff are terrible,
Tiny chicken pieces,
Regularly misses items ordered. Don't leave driveway until you inspect everything, very poorly run and managed KFC site. QA needs serious kick for bad quality.
Bonus they serve the smallest chickens available

The only good experience I had with this KFC was its Name!
We ordered four zinger boxes out of which all the burgers were Dead! Three of them didn't have any sauce! Ok, I understand it happens sometimes but the worst of it is raw chicken!
I mean seriously? You guys are serving raw chicken with boiled fries?
It’s one of the worst KFC I ve ever seen around Sydney!

I ordered 4 meal boxes by drive-through . All of them have really few fries. Really small portion. Especially tender box. There is no spoon and napkins in the box. Terrible experience
