Dunkin'

Went to this store this morning and was given the wrong EVERYTHING. Asked for a double bacon, and cheese got a bacon egg and cheese. They charged me for an extra sandwich when they made the correct one and left the one we cant eat due to allergy. Egg and cheese on english muffin? Nope they put it on a bagel. 10 chocolate munchkins? Nope 10 glazed. Unfortunately when you have an extremely picky toddler that 10 glazed vs chocolate is a big deal. I am so frustrated. $30 and a $2 tip to get the wrong EVERYTHING. And our coffees tasted burnt. 6am on Wednesday Jan 12. If I could have went back I would have gone back and asked for a manager. Unacceptable to get EVERYTHING wrong. Ive worked in Dunkin many times and its unacceptable especially at 6am when the flow of customers has yet to even start

This store is seriously awful. Let me be clear that I don't mean Dunkin' overall, just this specific location. I've gone multiple times to find them closed before closing time, or they're unable to make my sandwich because the oven is off, but this was a new low. In my most recent trip to this store, they took my mobile order, took my money, then told me they couldn't make my drinks because they were cleaning the machine. Not a huge deal, right? I want my refund. Nope, can't have your refund because "we don't have manager's numbers". Then they told me that all they could do was give me " the ticket", which i could take to some other Dunkin' location and they "should be able" to make it for me 😑 got my drinks across town 20 minutes later. So much for saving time by using the mobile order feature.

I spend about $50 a week, I’ve been going there for 5 years…I’m not sure what happened but new mangers and new workers the past 2 weeks I order the sane thing every morning 2 ice coffee with Carmel swirl I get home and either one doesn’t have it or both… it’s nothing like coming home and your coffee is wrong and spend so much money… I am done!!!! will drive a little farther to get my coffee for now on…
