Dunkin'

A few times now I’ve been to this Dunkin and they can never make the coffee right. I usually make coffee at home but sometimes I like to get coffee on the go.. i get a caramel flavored coffee with oatmilk, liquid sugar and cold foam when I go to Dunkin, and when I seem to get it here, it tastes like water.

One star is a generous rating for this location. Three times I have gotten the wrong coffee at this location. I try to give everyone the benefit of the doubt and try again, but I certainly won’t return now. This morning I ordered an iced latte and a donut. I was given the donut and told that my latte would be right out. I got my latte and when I took a sip it certainly wasn’t a caramel swirl latte as I ordered, but rather some toasted white chocolate grossness with almond milk. I pulled in. There was no sign on the door indicating the lobby was closed. The rude employee was telling me I had to go through the drive through I had already spent 15 minutes in. I explained I didn’t have time. I could read her lips and she told me it wasn’t her problem. That location needs to get it together. I have contacted corporate about that employees obscene gestures as well.

I ordered a hot chocolate and they said they dint have it! So I asked what other hot chocolate you have she answer I have mint hot chocolate so I got a mint hot chocolate with whipped cream . So I got home and it wasn’t any whipped cream and also the mint hot chocolate was watery… I have called multiple times and no one answers . Paid $3.00 and got hot water . Not happy at all

This location is the worst! Nine times out of ten my order is wrong. Either they don't know how to listen or don't know how to read because always ask for plain bagel Toasted dark and it's never dark. This morning wasn't even toasted. Time to start driving to different location. I always tip them a buck plus change. Makes me angry when I think of how much money I've wasted on bunch of incompetent people.

The biggest problem lately is they are just locking the lobby door, and it seems to happen at random times. I like going in, to see what is available, rather than playing 20 questions about what donuts there are, and wasting time doing that on a drive-thru. I've never seen this at another Dunkin. If they are short staffed and can't handle the traffic, then they need to step up and get the people needed to run the place properly. Otherwise, you have to spin back around and use the drive-thru, which backs out onto the street pretty often. I've seen a lot of people just leave in complete frustration. Losing customers because you lock your doors during "open" hours? That's bad business! I hope their corporate office pays attention to this and addresses the situation.
