Boston Market

I haven't been there in a couple of years due to their undercooked food. I went there today hoping that it improved with staff turnover. No. They still have undercooked food. The new potatoes were too new. They should at least cook them. The creamed spinach was gray, the chicken looked like it was hacked apart with a dull wooden knife and the gravy tasted more like cornstarch than anything else. There's plenty of other places to eat. Next time I won't waste my time or money. I don't believe that they will be there much longer.

Ordered Thanksgiving meal paid $47 I didn't check the bag the girl gave . They forgot the pumpkin pie and instead of Mac and cheese gave mash potatoes. Called them told them about their mistakes and they said they sorry they are very busy asked if they could bring across the street less then 2mins and they said they were too busy and most of the workers are going home at 4p. Which is in 45min.

I am absolutely disgusted with both the food and service I received at this location today! I should have known to leave when I pulled up to the drive thru and the car in front of me is waiting for 5 minutes just to place his order. When the lady finally came to the mic she tells him he had to wait a couple of more minutes. That said I finally pull up to place my order and I also wait almost ten minutes only to be told that I have to wait another two minutes. So now I wait 12 minutes, the restaurant inside by the way was most certainly not busy at all. I place my order after 20 minutes at the drive thru I'm finally able to pull off. I get home I have gravy all over the place. The food was absolutely terrible, the mac and cheese was a salt bomb, I had to throw it away. The sweet corn was just corn, in no way was it sweet. The chicken was pink, not cooked through! My sweet potatoes were decent but certainly not what I've come accustomed to from Boston Market. Then the last and only thing I was looking forward to was my corn bread. The corn bread was gross bland almost not fully baked. How do you mess up corn bread???? Bottom line is I will never spend money ever again at this location. From the staffs attitude, lack of attention, the food this place is an absolute total fail! I do not recommend anyone spending money at this place until changes are made. I've dined at Boston Market for just about 20 years, this is the absolute worst one I've ever been to. If I could give them a ZERO...... I WOULD!

The staff has been attentive and efficient and the dining area has always been very clean throughout the 9 years my family has patronized the restaurant. The bathrooms can do with some sprucing up, fresher air and better lighting. Excellent value, never once had a bad food or customer service experience.

Not overly bad, but definitely not good. Food was cold, the restaurant was not one bit inviting. It's almost as if it's kept like a dump so that people down dine in. For a thirty three dollar meal for 2, I would expect better. Haven't been there in decades and will more than likely never go again. Pretty sad, but that's what I'd expect from a corporate, franchise chain restaurant. Pfft.

Not the Boston market I remember. I came in and decided to get something I enjoyed in past, chicken carver sandwich. Believe it or not that is now $10 and if you have a side and drink it will set you back close to $15. Very disappointed. Nothing like what it used to be. Bread was not fresh or crunchy but stale and dry. The Mayo is replaced with dressing and everything was just not what it used to be. $15 I will go to Jersey Mike’s
