Family friendly owners Moe and T. Superb mouthwatering sushi, spicy seafood soup with side of noodles. Everything on menu is a must try. 5 stars.

Mr Song is the owner and is certainly the best sushi in town. Every time I go there he is very friendly and will create your favorite rolls perfect every time. If its your first time eating sushi you must go here so you will go on enjoying sushi for a lifetime.

Thanks to Sushi 101 for honoring me with a free meal on Veterans day. The food is great and the staff is always friendly. This is my new goto spot for Sushi. It's usually not busy here so I hope more people will give Sushi 101 a try.

Food usually good but delivery service unprofessional. Often missing condiments like soy sauce, wasabi, chop sticks...arrives up to an hour after delivery person has left restaurant (unhygenic for raw fish) with no apology from delivery person. Restaurant sporadically open - have to call to check, and call to make sure delivery has gone out, and then sometimes call to make sure it actually arrives. A lot of work for ordering out. Pricey for reliability. Better service initially. Probably better for sit-down.

I have had the pleasure to have my sushi at sushi ya for the last 7 years. I can honestly say I have never had one bad meal here. I have tried many other places and this will always be my sushi home. Give it a try!

Worst sushi I've ever had. Fried calamari was rubbery and tasted like they just heated up frozen calamari, sashimi was fatty and stringy, traditional and dynamite rolls made me and my girlfriend gag. Never going back to this place

Top notch Sushi!! The presentation is exceptional, the atmosphere is relaxing, the place is super clean, and the owners are great people. Sushi 101 is worth the trip from anywhere in the Hudson Valley.

As a sushi lover, I go many sushi places around here and there...infact, all over NY and NJ..and this place is my favorite because of its freshness, kindness and even cost. The sushi they offer even looks better than other places. I still remember the taste! Best!
