Wendy's

all the employees are usually really nice but that’s pretty much my only positive. Now I only use the drive through when I know I have a bunch of time, OR if there’s no one in line in front of me, because it takes forever!!! It seems they just handle one order at a time which is why it’s slow. Even then, my order is wrong a lot…maybe only 65% of the time it’s right. I also always seem to get old fries. I still end up at this location a lot just because it is very close to everything. So Even though it makes me frustrated lot I still go.

This location used to be great, very friendly. The last couple times I've tried to go to the drive-thru though, no one has been on the speaker even after I tried getting their attention, whether there's another car in the drive-thru or not. I'll be leaving a 5-star review for the McDonald's across the street though; when Wendy's doesn't want my money, McD's has me through the line faster than I can get my card out and back into my wallet. And every single employee there is super friendly and always smiling.

Place a Saturday online order for my work crew totaling over $100. Sat in the Drive through for 10 minutes before finally pulling to the window. The guy opened the window and told me they would not open until after the truck delivery and that my order was at least going to be 30 minutes or more. The hours of operation said they were open and allowed me to place an order on the app!!! The hell with Wendy’s, cancelled order and went to McDonalds where my order was placed and filled within 10 minutes. Stay away from Wendy’s…. specially the mobile app.

Swung through yesterday and was initially concerned about how long the line took, but it was absolutely worth it! I'm pretty sure there were only a couple people in there and they were working their butts off. Well it showed, that chicken sandwich was the best I ever had. The fries were hot and delicious, and even my picky kids put down nuggets and burgers and fries by the handful. This is a great website wendys location! Don't mind the wait, it's worth it.

I an so glad this branch is open (I think until 9pm), because the one off 37/126th street seems to be closed at or around 5pm. My children are picky eaters, and my daughter said she wanted chicken nuggets from Wendy's, so I'm sure you can assume that I was bringing her home some chicken nuggets from Wendy's!
