Subway

Went in there and literally one guy working all by himself and a huge line he (Allen) handled himself with integrity and respect and was up most respectful to everyone and is a really nice worker. Management really needs to appreciate him and give this man a upper position hive five man. Great job! And I will be back. Thanks allen

Only 1 person working @1pm during lunch! She then got on the phone to call someone else in. While trying to call, not working people keep walking in. You can see the panic in her face! 6 people have walked out. They lost a lot of business. As more people were walking out. Then a customer went and yelled at to take some orders and start working while on the phone. Poor management

Had a very bittersweet visit today. This store only had one employee working. I forgot to get the gentleman’s name, but he is awesome. Very polite and apologetic for something that was not his fault. Sir, I hope your store mangers see this (maybe you are one). You deserve a pat on the back and a raise. Thank you for being so kind under so much stress.

My fiancé went in to subway tonight at 8:26 and the doors were locked. He called me so I called the store abs spoke to Danny who preceded to tell me that they are closed cause he felt it wasn’t busy enough and that the owner’s name was Shaun. I would assume that business would like to stay open during there allotted time to ensure they are successful enough during Covid?? Danny was rude.. would not go there again . Disappointed.

Went to Subway on 1/28/22. Fell at the entrance. Manager offered me a cookie. Didn't even ask if I was ok. Had a Hispanic man witness who was walking in at the same time. When I asked if the had salt to put at the entrance he said no however his Co worker said yes they did. I asked for the property managers number he couldn't give it me, he's. Said he would get my number so he would call me. It's day 3, here I and left ankle injury, right wrist injury with swelling. Attorney time.

Ordered online, showed up after it was supposed to be ready and they had not even started making it. Both ladies at the front were busy on their phones when I walked in and ignored me for several minutes. Asked for my sandwich to be toasted since "they don't do melts" and they did not toast my sandwich. They also did not give me a receipt. Worst Subway I've even been to, will not be back.

Unfortunately our visit tonight was not good. Ordered online for curbside pick up. When I arrived a nice young man came out to apologize that they were super busy. 1 lady inside. My order should have been done by 550.pm. Order came out a little after 615pm. When we got home the lite jalapeños I guess meant only 2 on a foot long. My super picky son's foot long had lettuce, onion and olive on it. It was either they picked it off or their gloves were from a previous order or sandwich. My sandwich had so many onions on it out was over powering and I like onion but wow. The lettuce on my sandwich was turning or already turned bad. I'm guessing it was already turned because my daughter said her salad tasted funny. As you see I never post but this was ridiculous and complete waste of money! During covid times they should be changing gloves and ordering less or more often. Wonder what else they are doing or not doing there?
