Chicken (from the past 4 visits) have had very little meat, and very dry. They must have changed where they buy their chicken from. Shame the quality is reduced to save a few bucks. I used to love this place, now it's just a mouth of dry meat.

Ordered 16 piece meal got home only had 12 pieces. 30 minutes away can't afford the gas to drive back. They did say I could get 4 pieces but that's didn't help when we had supper

This is a great KFC. Clean, knowledgeable & friendly employees, great food! Plenty of parking. Open for dining in, drive thru or pickup. Nice atmosphere, great experience!

The chicken tasted old and it was dried out! The cole slaw was very dry. I love KFC but not this time! And not impressed

They ran out of crispy... At 5 pm.

I went to the Kentucky fried chicken on Trenton Avenue bought a 12 piece family meal! Please save your time and money the chicken was old! I called and manager said only thing she can do is for me to drive there and bring back the chicken and she will replace it! I worked as a manager for KFC and I would never serve this slop to a customer especially at 5 pm when it’s dinner time! It should be fresh! As I said save your money I will never go back! I will be following up with corporate!!!! To top it off the manager didn’t even apologize!!!

I literally would give them no stars if I could. Sat in line for over a half hour 10 minutes at the speaker to be told they are now closed and can no longer take my order. Drive past the window and they have food you can see still in the warmer and their lights are still on 5 minutes after pulling away from the store. Will not be back! Terrible customer service if you ask me!

Great experience. Had a very large order was asked to pull over. I expected that with the size of my order. Waited less than 10 minutes. Staff was very pleasant everything was correct.
