White Castle

Best service ever, I have been a customer at this particular White Castle since I was a baby. My grandparents literally lived right behind it for many years. Out of all my years I received the BEST customer service I have ever gotten at this location last night at 2 am on Monday morning 3/28/2022... the team went all in and beyond to make sure I was happy even though I had not given any reason for them to treat me specially. They definitely need more crew members like these guys. So glad I am a customer.

EXTREMELY RUDE!!!!! . Order incorrect. Servers like to argue if told order was incorrect several times as though they wanted to fight.food was stale, onions burnt, bread hard. We ordered plain cheese burger sliders. And one plain slider just meat and bread. They still couldn't get order correct. we'll never visit this location ever again. If we could give less than one star we would. She put order incorrect on receipt. I also ordered a frozen cherry soda. They gave me a strawberry soda instead. They like to argue and mess up orders..it was obvious they were just getting rid of old stale burgers...and didn't want to prepare a order you wanted.

yeah so i ordered food for a group of people, like 50 sliders. that was it. 50 sliders, one drink. they were SO rude the whole time and just had an attitude the entire time they were completing the order. they didn’t even come to complete payment until almost 10 minutes of us sitting at the window. the kid just kept walking away and then a different lady, the one who took our order, came to complete payment. like i get it, it’s hot outside and you want to be home. but having an attitude and talking to us like we are a problem, really disrespectful. now we know which one NOT to come to. smh.

Every few years for some reason I must have a white castle burger (that's my first mistake). It took about 8 minutes to take my order (I was the only person in line). While I was waiting for my food a person who identified himself as an employee got something to drink and placed his drink in the cooking area but kept reaching in the order window to sip on his drink and kept putting his head through the window. I make it a point not to reorder food because they may make it "special." I threw the food out once I got it. A bought lesson is a taught lesson. Here is the employee placing his head and elbow through the window. Has Covid taught us anything? BTW, the person taking my order was very professional 👌🏾.
